Oh most of the time actually when I go to customer service, which I seldom do, they are very gratifying. I took back an item of clothing oh a year ago and they ended up allowing me to exchange it for a more expensive item! The man they waited on before me did not have so good an experience and he was screaming at them and said "well now I know why this store is failing". Interestingly it did close recently.
