    Sure, lots of people would buy it, and have. It has been advertised in pulp magazines for the past 50 to 70 years. Of course it does not quite work, a much 'better' way is to spray water on a girl wearing a white dress or t-shirt. all you need is a big atomizer, and strong legs, so you can get away from the instant hatred you generate in the girl by giving her a cold surprise-shower on a hot day.
