Can you shout "Hai" and then cleave an mans liver with a single blow ?

I have seen it in movies, but (thankfully) not in real life.

    It is kinda hard to get at It is located fairly high but in the back of the body (just in front of the spine), the top of the liver is behind the lungs but most of it is below the lungs, resting on the stomach. the heart is above the liver.
    The kidneys are further down, and mostly behind the stomach.
