how do you keep your bedroom a comfortable temperature

if i close the window it gets too hot but when i open it it’s like it immediately gets too cold

    I just set the thermostat to "Comfort Zone".

    I take of all my cloths apart from my shoes and wait for things to warm up.........it doesn't take long for it to get pretty hot in there.......:)D

    Yes....I wear my shoes to walk home in when working late .....I get home and go straight to bed , .So yes,I wear my shoes to bed.....
    On taking legal advice from my solicitor ,it was deemed advisable to pick this stories ive concocted  to save me further embarrassment ...not that I know what that big long word means....

    Im hoping now that there are more gullible people on AM than I originally thought.....:(

    Totally unnecessary. Bedclothes should keep you warm enough unless someone pulls them over to their side.
