Oh, that's easy: the one who doesn't use commas to separate clauses in a sentence, psychopath.  The one who misspells "whether", fanatic.

    (Hey, wait . . . )

The fanatic will just separate my head from my body won't they? And the psychopath wants to torture me to death with grammar and spellling corrections.

A lot of people make no such distinction.

If it's pitch black out on a dark night with no moon shining and it's foggy with a thick mist  and there is no street lighting and your in a dark cave and your batteries in your touch are dead ....

Its gonna be a tad difficult to tell exactly unless the religious freak is chanting or the cyclepath is saying very erratic things...:(

Best to wait and see if you need to be 100 % sure.....it's always better to get the facts right in matters like this Get them wrong and some heads might roll ......  :(

Did the batteries in your touch go flat because you touched too many funny mushrooms?

    Why would you care?
The important thing is they want to kill you.

They are both crazy people and might apply the art of torture first but i would feel better if the religious person might regain sanity and regret doing that than the psychopath who never has empathy.

So there is hope for the fanatics, but no hope for psychopaths ?
Alas, fanatics usually have fellow fanatics supporting and reinforcing their fanaticism. Psychopaths are all alone and thus more vulnerable to outside influence.
