    That isn't really intolerance, that is stupidity in my opinion.  I can't stand stupidity but I am intolerant of many things.  Anyone who isn't is a fool.

    Can't say it bothers me.. I feel it's respectful to the other person to try to learn how to pronounce their name rather than assuming it's pronounced as it's spelled.

    Yesus wept.

    Actually His name was Yeshua and WAS spelled that way, or the Aramaic equivalent. The Hebrew alphabet doesn't even HAVE  a J.
