    Insects don't bother me. However, I am deathly allergic to fire ant bites, so I guess I'll say fire ants.

    Earwigs....those South American bugs that get in you ear and feed on your brains ...in my case they've got one hell of a job finding it...:( 
    Blow flies that hatch their babies in the skin of humans....getting them out once grown ,leaves quite a large hole....:( 
    There is a tiny beach snail in lake Victoria africa that lays it's eggs I'm people ankles that paddle in the waters surrounding the lake....These tiny bugs migrate up into your lungs ,heart and eyes.....left there to long and it becomes really nasty...
