I used to (I had things timed down to the exact secondat work). But once it broke I couldn't find another one like it (places don't sell many watches anymore). Now I wear a Fitbit which gives an "approximation" of the time (and reminds me to move every hour).
I have a $600 Movado watch that I often wear when I go out. I occasionally wear it to work too. But I admit that it's more of a fashion statement than a timepiece. Even with the watch on, I find myself looking at my phone for the time :D
Yes and I never take it off. The only time it does come off is when I take a shower. One h*ll of a thing when it's a diver watch.

Yup, sometimes I forget to put it on before leaving the house and I would often catch myself staring at my naked wrist, trying to look at the time and being shocked that there is no watch there.
I could NEVER EVER EVER not wear a watch.....I collect them, so have many to choose from.......they are so much fun to wear.....now if only I had enough money to buy my 'dream watch',,,,,,the LARGE Cartier Tank Watch..........- sigh -
