No. Eggs sometimes contain bacteria, such as the famous Salmonella, and uncooked egg whites destroy B vitamins. (Not much. but some.) Besides, cooked egg yolks actually have more protein than uncooked.

The common toad may be okay but I hear eggs from the European green toad are better for making the best shakes.

When I was a kid we made 'stirred egg' quite often (1 egg yolk and one teaspoon of sugar stirred for a long time), I would not do it today, what with Salmonella, and the like.
