We don't ever eat hot spicy food.....god knows what that does to your stomach or bowels...for some reason it oozes out of people's sweat glands and makes me want to gag..
I love raw oninions in salads .....with cheese sarnies as well...

So True!  Garlic especially!  Don isn't a big fan of garlic.  He knows when I'm a little perturbed at him.  I'll eat a clove before we go to bed.  He gets the hint!!  Giggles!
Speaking of,  I see him heading that and I am really tired from the long drive so, I think I'll head that way too.
It's great to see you and hopefully tomorrow we will see each other, again!
    Have a nice night :) :)  Good Night :) :)

I put ginger and garlic on every and anything I can.  I've been known to eat a glove a garlic all by itself from time to time and put it in my hair, too.  Today, when I was making that 9 hour drive from my parents back home, I stopped and bought some Ginger lemon sparkling tea.  I LOVE both for their supposed positives attributes to our bodies and their flavor. :) :)

That's Canada I think...That's about about 85 pence per litre in English money... Fuel here is £1.35 now a litre...that 2.35 Canidaian dollars...it's just greed...:(

That's good socialism -a tax on those rich enough to afford a vehicle and do all the driving they want.

America fuel fuel prices are always significantly lower than Canadian because they ain't quite so socialist.  This post was edited by Kittigate at June 5, 2018 12:30 PM MDT

My latest health kick is Marmite.

Once when abroad people seemed to be getting constipated, so I indulged in the spiciest food available which worked.

Not on a regular basis, no. I will take ginger to settle an upset stomach or turmeric for muscle aches, as needed.
