((((Why do you insist on  teasing me like this?  I told you time and time again, please try to wait until later, when no one is looking.))))

I'll knead to meat you later to go over the fine details.  There's a lot at steak here, so please clear all other appointments on your colander, and plan for at least a few hours of Randy-time. To resist is fruitless; for batter or wurst, I'll drop by around seven o'clock with the flours and candy.  I promise to be gentle (at first), but you know what they say: spooning leads to forking.  I'll have you eating right out of my hand . . .

Cheese. Close to zero carbs. 30g cheese ≈ .5g carbs.

Sugar is the worst.  I've eliminated it other than natural sugars from vegetables and fruits.

    Good for you!
I need to cut off sugars way more. Though I exercise a lot and I'm in good shape, less sugar would help. I'm now in the process of cutting back on soda. Colas I really like. But in the last week or so I've been drinking much, much more water than I usually have and less cola. (I would average maybe eight ounces of cola a day before I've cut back.)

It is the worst as far as health and nutrition.  Empty calories that promote inflammation.

Sure, Cookie, whatever you say. I propose a toast to you for your fake interest in my question, even though it's really a half-baked effort to tease me. If you knew what side your bread is buttered on, you'd trear treat me better, so that you and I could be as friendly as two peas in a pod. You're one saucy dish, NJ, and you're no chicken who keeps things bottled up. That's enough flattery for now; I don't want you to hog the limelight.
