I sleep on my back sometimes, on my stomach sometimes, on either side sometimes. Go ahead and analyze me, ok?

Also, I move around throughout the night as I'm sleeping, and I hardly ever wake up in the same position/posture that I had when I fell asleep. I only wake up in the middle of the night (to go to the bathroom, for instance), and I only remember about 2% of the dreams I have.

  • i guess you're doing fine, unless you had a specific complaint? you didn't mention hours per night or whether or not you feel refreshed after a night's sleep.

You are Walt Disney and you just found out what the studio is doing with your name and you are turning over in your ice box.

  • The 2% has me confused (like usual). So, that's 2 dreams in 100, or 1 dream in 50? How would you even know how many dreams you had if you can't remember? Maybe this is the dream.

I would say youre a versitile person with many skills. You go with the flow of things. Perhaps hyperactive during the day with high ambitions. Perhaps unhappy with your current life.

I'll explain: I dream almost every night, and as I awaken in the morning, I'm cognizant of having had one for those first few seconds between sleep-world and woke-world. Within less than a minute, I usually forget what it was I've dreamed about. There are only a few times in the scan of months that I recall what I had dreamed the night before.

  • five hours with that much moving around? and i recall you saying something about waking at least once to visit the loo? i highly doubt you are getting to stage-four, deep sleep. another clue would be you still didn't mention if you felt refreshed after such short, interrupted, and busy sleep.

please call my office asap and set up and appointment for a sleep study. ;-)
