    Well, a narc is a d*m cop, and a sissy is an insult, so it doesn't sound encouraging.

    Thinking highly of yourself is called aristocratic. Aristotle was a famous Greek with a high opinion of himself. For 2500 years his name has been a synonym for "arrogant jerk".

    Sounds more like your therapist is just jealous of your self confidence and all of your abilities so they are trying to throw you off by putting  a label  on you. So you should feel good about your self because you made a professional therapist  jealous of your awesomeness.  Cheers and happy weekend!
