I've been making them for nearly twenty years.....my mum showed me how to make them and I kind if took over making them for all my brothers and sisters ,plus my dad...:)
As kids, it wouldn't be summer without home made popsicles. We'd use Kool-Aid, fruit juice and recycled popsicle sticks. Once and awhile, we'd get to use a plastic mold to make them. Talk about being in high cotton.
No, but I have made granite from lemonade. That is pronounced "gruh-nee-tuh" and you need to add lemon zest to it and freeze in thin layers. It's a lot of work, but it's nicer than just drinking lemonade. It's nicer than just drinking lemonade, but it's a lot of work.
Bottom line: granite is great if you can con somebody else into doing the work.
