Yes. He should extend that privilege to people  who commit crimes  and are then ripped away from their family when caught.

I see your point....but I think they should at least be deported together and the way the law is it makes it harder. The parents usually plead guilty and are deported. But under the law the kid automatically goes through the trial which takes forever so it is hard to make sure they are reunited if the child is deported. 

Yes, now i understand. This is a good thing. ;)
