North Korea is continuing to upgrade its only known nuclear reactor site, satellite imagery has shown. Infrastructure improvements to the Yongbyon nuclear plant are "continuing at a rapid pace", according to an analysis of commercial satellite images taken on June 21 by 38 North, a North Korea monitoring group.
The imagery shows that the cooling system for the site's plutonium reactor has been updated and two or more non-industrial buildings have been constructed, potentially to accommodate visiting officials.

I'm guessing if one's only goal is to attack and vilify someone they have a caustic hatred for, they don't need all the answers or any answers for that matter. As always, just my opinion. :)
