At my age, the only exercise I can stand is yelling at the little people in the computer game. I tell you what, if I had an army of real people that flaky, I would hang them all and see what else I could find.

It varies greatly due to my work schedule, and unfortunately, it's not as frequent as I would like it to be, but thanks to the weekends when I make up for it, it can be up to a couple of hours at a time.

Don't know if this qualifies but I jog early A.M.s five days a week and d0 and follow a set of yoga-style exercises three or four days a week. Not actual yoga but exercises based upon yoga positions.

I play lots of tennis, swim almost daily, also softball and chasing grandkids. Counting sex: 21 hours per week; not counting sex: 20 hrs and 45 min. This post was edited by Don Barzini at July 3, 2018 5:53 PM MDT

Physically, I am unable to do much exercise because of arthritis and a spinal problem. My daily chores will have to suffice.

Element, your brain does more exercise than all the kids on my entire block!  I'm sure your daily chores are plenty and your body has done more than its fair share of exercise throughout the years.  Enjoy the time of rest.  You deserve it. :) :)

The last heavy labor I did was moving the firewood from the garage to the outside. This post was edited by Element 99 at July 3, 2018 2:26 PM MDT

Isn't that backwards?  Shouldn't you be moving firewood from the outside into the garage so it doesn't get wet?  Again, you're over my head. :) :)

When fireplace season is over, I move it outside, as it will not be needed until around December. I doesn't matter if it gets wet in the Summer. I move it back inside in October so it will be dry when I need it.

Ya firewood can be hard work - I use 5 to 6 cords a winter. I think it can be the best exercise -between spiting and stacking your whole body gets a work out. Cheers!

My job keeps me on my toes, my feet, my knees, and sometimes my back!  It keeps my hands even busier.  If you average it out per day, I  am going to estimate 3 to 5 hours 7 days a week. As far as fun exercise, 2 to 3 hours every other day.

Er, um, we'll need you to elaborate in intricate detail how it keeps you on your back. As always, pics or it didn't happen. (Cough, cough.)

I ride my bike at a fast pace for half an hour three or four times a week.  Then I do curls and lifts with some 12lb weights.  I'm gradually increasing both.  I also do quite a bit of manual labor for someone my age.  In the past few days I painted two rooms in my sister's house.
