    Ants. My wife was bitten dozens of times last week in our backyard.
    I have been bitten numerous times by spiders, but they aren't insects.

    Yes, I have been bitten by fire ants and found out I am deathly allergic to them.

    My body is full of stings/bites from working in the garden.  I suspect it is from the tiny bees that visit the peppermint blossoms.

    Spray there houses off with a garden hose. Those hives are flimsy and easy to destroy. lol ;)
