    It should be answered with the truth (improper record keeping) and a few tears but that's certainly not the way the White house is explaining it - they add insult to injury by saying things like it's a diffract task because of all the criminal activity some of the parents were involved in.  Cheers!

    There is no excuse but that they can lose, not be able to locate a child is a really worrying symptom of exactly everything that Trump causes.
