PARTS of Europe have. at various times been ruled by all sorts of people.. WE don't learn European history here in the UK however, it is my understanding that the 'Moors' as you put it didn't ever actually rule Europe,only a part of it, Spain, and only for a relatively short period.
In view of this, you may want to revise your premise...
Oh and PS Europe seems not to feel the need to rely on silly, ineffectual slogans such as Make Europe Great again.. I suspect they feel they are already great.
