    For myself ... my peace of mind doesn't mean I'm not aware of all the terrible things that are possible or exist.
    It means I don't worry about things I have no control over.

    an awareness of this truth
    brings peace of mind.
         That absolute truth is manifest 
    when there are no thoughts running
    through the mind ...That is true Peace of Mind,
    a total awareness of that Truth, and
    being one with it.
