Not sure if it does or doesn't because in High school I was in a Remedial class and they didn't teach us economics. I don't think Trump would learn anything if they held him back after his term. But I think it would be a hoot to put a lump of clay on a table and tell Trump that an artist will be starting a scale model of his head for Mount Rushmore - then see how long Trump sits there before he realises it was a pay back trick. The graphic was not intended as a joke, It is a tvitter post published by staff in the white House, quoting Trump.
