    They are large flaps of skin that tend to hang down under the bicep muscle on older women's arms....one day when I'm jogging on a bit more ,I might get them too.....lol

    My son grew up to be gorgeous too but he doesn't know why Dolly Parton wears long sleeve shirts all the time because he's a city boy.
