Nope.  It's just another day.

No, not at all. 

I don’t do anything different except for taking a private moment of silence for the people who lost their lives. 

I might have said no yesterday.  Today at the market I picked up a dozen eggs with a 9-11 expiration date and I put them down and found some with a different date.  I have to say I was a little surprised at myself but I didn't think about it, I just did it.
