    Yes.  It's like training a dog.  All rules should be consistent in any country or environment.  Otherwise it causes confusion in the governments and definitely sends mixed messages to both the beasts (the human and the dog.)

    This isn’t a broad problem with Americans or just in our country. There are a lot of people who are concerned with American laws and are outspoken about it. What’s the problem with people having their own beliefs on other countries and their laws? Should we not be concerned about how women are treated in some countries? Should we not worry about human rights in other countries?
