Why can women get away with wearing these but men can't?

Because men look ridiculous in these and women look attractive in them, unless they are obese. I can’t say what men who wear these really look like. It would be deemed offensive to gays. This post was edited by Rizz at September 3, 2018 12:25 PM MDT

I'm wondering more about why these three are marching in place. By the look of their immaculate hair, they're certainly not running in a forward direction.
    :)
I, too, don't particularly like this choice of fashion on a guy but, at least, this guy is in shape. Nice legs.

    Ha!

For me personally, I'd most likely not be offended by your take on short-shorts on guys, Rizz. This post was edited by WelbyQuentin at September 3, 2018 12:25 PM MDT

It kinda looks like they are running in place on an exercise TV show. (1970s photo)

What's good for the goose is good not always good for the gander.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander. What is good for a man is equally good for a woman; or, what a man can have or do, so can a woman have or do. This comes from an earlier proverb, “What's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.”

Because certain things should bounce in certain places on men and women.  There is no bouncing going on here with the guy.  By the look on his face, he looks extremely uncomfortable and understandably so.
