    It's not the most well-balanced, I guess, but I eat an apple and a Rich Milk Chocolate Breakfast Essentials (along with a vitamin pack).

    with hash brown potatoes, scrambled eggs w/cheese, coffee, and toast...  Everyday would be OK with me.

    I used to go to work at 7:30 AM.  Realistically, my mind was seldom fully engaged until about 10:AM.  For over 30 years, my breakfast was a "meal shake" made with a Shaklee meal shake powder and Borden Hi-Pro milk.

    I've gone back to the meal shake over the last 6 months---Cooking breakfast is not always my thing.
