I honestly do not know if Progressive Liberal Democrats will survive the trumpican era unless the libs go down and dirty. Think they will?

Frankly m'dears I don't think we have 'the right stuff" to survive them. They fight dirty and hit below the belt. No holds barred. Lie upon lie upon lie times a googolplex. I don't think we have the heart for it or the soul for it or the muscle for it. We may well be a footnote in history after trumpican rule changes the way things are. The people who are willing to do/say anything to win are much better at it than we are. This may be our last hurrah. Our "fade to black". Those born in the aftermath will never know what used to be. Will we survive and stay alive and thrive again? I dunno. Right now it don't look so good. Tomorrow is another day. Let's see "what happens". SIGH.

    The liberal Democrats have already gotten down and dirty. Are getting down and dirty. Will continue to get down and dirty. The thing is, so far, they haven't had a lot of success using those tactics. Maybe the libs should put more effort into trying to get along and work with the present administration in making this a better place to live, grow, and prosper.  The hatred, threats, and violence being heaped on each other are not only adolescent, but it's also unproductive, asinine and destructive. :)
