An hour's work for an hour's pay. This relationship works best when there is mutual respect and loyalty. I don't know why but some now thing loyalty is a bad word. The best of relationships include it.
Get to work on time, be dependent, responsible, and hold ourselves accountable for the work we do and our actions while at work.

Probity.
Respect - for fellow-employees as well as management and company.
