An hour's work for an hour's pay.  This relationship works best when there is mutual respect and loyalty.  I don't know why but some now thing loyalty is a bad word.  The best of relationships include it.

Get to work on time, be dependent, responsible, and hold ourselves accountable for the work we do and our actions while at work. This post was edited by lavender at November 16, 2018 8:39 AM MST

A reasonable degree of loyalty to the organisation, expressed for example in no slander or libel, or breach of its and its customers' confidential information.

    Probity.

Respect - for fellow-employees as well as management and company.
