An hour's work for an hour's pay.  This relationship works best when there is mutual respect and loyalty.  I don't know why but some now thing loyalty is a bad word.  The best of relationships include it.

A reasonable degree of loyalty to the organisation, expressed for example in no slander or libel, or breach of its and its customers' confidential information.

    Probity.

Respect - for fellow-employees as well as management and company.
