Yes, it's in the political section of the delivered newspaper on my front grass. ('Every day the paperboy brings more'. -Song Lyrics).

Probably not because I made it clear to the last lunatic hiding in my grass that if I ever see them hiding in my grass again I will bury them in the peat moss bog then dig them up in 20 years and call them Mummy. (peat moss bogs have preserving properties). Cheers and happy weekend!
I had not even thought of it in that way. You and Shuhak have, though. :) It's sort of an obvious 'take' on the lyrics maybe, once I think about it. :)

They are song lyrics from one of my favorite songs on Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" album -- "Brain Damage.'
Actually, I just NOW listened again -- I quoted the lyrics wrong in my question, ha! I guess I have not listened as closely as I thought! :)
The lyrics seem to be "The lunatic is ON the grass," not "The lunatic is IN the grass." I think I goofed, ha! :)
Anyway, maybe give the song a listen if you haven't heard it. A great song to me. Stu Spelling Bee posted the song in his answer. The lyrics are the first words of the song. They happen at the 0:15 seconds mark. :)
