A meter maid both male or female in England are called parasites....most are the dregs of society and are used to milk any that have to drive for any reason.....
Im not saying parking control is not needed.......but no police force or local government should profit from any fines imposed on drivers or vehicles.... All fines imposed should go to Schools ,healthcare ,care for the homeless or poor and needy or the protection of any wildlife The police force in England is not suppose to be a profit making business ,yet every police force in England is registered at Companies House as one...... Our police force had Five and a half Billion £ Pounds held in reserve seven years ago....all taken from the people as fines......it's still not enough for these parisites and greed seems to rule all those that hold power ..... I have no idea what they have now.....it must be a far higher sum of money ....:(
