Do you live in a crime friendly city or are you against criminal rights?

We are somewhat crime friendly where I live in order to make interesting news stories. 

A bank robber finally got nabbed when committing his 13th robbery then he was sentenced to 13 years.

Couple of bandits tried to rob a jewellery store and staff fought them off with swords. 

Good stuff. 

Vienna as a whole has an extremely low crime rate and a very aggressive Police Force.  The International bodies located their all have their own Security Forces.  So the City is not Crime Friendly

In Vienna my flat is in the 19th.  It is pretty much of high income, well patrolled area; consequently crime is very low.

In NJ my residence is in a very secure area, with a heavy Police presence.   In both places my Dogs are general there with me when we are in Residence. Let me say the Resident Labradors have taken a bite out of crime.

I do not.  The sheriff's department here is very visible and effective.  They are also very friendly and helpful.
