    Did you mean "big surprise"?
Or a "Big Sur prize"?  I wouldn't mind a trip to Big Sur.
Or does "big sir prize" refer to some sort of porn?

Right.  When I was in the Navy I was stoned when I took the aptitude test and a big sirprise when I was promoted to Captain.

I thought those in the military were subject to random drug testing.

Random yes but they never saw me sober so they always thought I must be ok.

But didn't you have to submit to urine testing?

I exited the Navy  (RCN) in1974,  I don't recall they were doing any drug testing before then.

I'm not into "sir prizes".  Could I have a "miss-tery" prize instead?

    Nup.
Even though I dislike it most of the time,
simple trivia and small talk are the dominant themes in most people's conversations.
So I'm never surprised by it.

It takes the perfect amount of small talk before the "Big Sir" prize if you would like to enjoy the "Big Sir" prize.

Having a way with your tongue to formulate the correct words also helps when you are driving for the "Big Sir" prize.  Don't put yourself in a position where you have to "bite your tongue."  Make all small-talk worthy of the "Big Sir" prize at the end.

When done correctly, all talk small or big is an art within itself.

    Practice. Practice. Practice.
