I'm disgusted at most of them,  I would have to really search if I really NEEDED one.

I don't.  They are good for mangled care, if you need to be cut up further than already cut up, like a car accident or something.  Otherwise, best to give them a wide berth.

not lately, ive had the sanne one for yrs and hes a good one but yrs ago i turned one in to the nnedical board, she would put nne on antidepressants cause of headaches and a yr and a half later i found out it was a sinus infection.
