What about EMINENT DOMAIN? Isn't that where the gubment just takes any land it wants  and allegedly pays the owner fair market value and kicks them off it to build freeways or shopping centers or gold border walls? Does EMINENT DOMAIN trump all including where stable boy builds his border wall? D'ya know?

    Yes, eminent domain would be used when necessary to build the wall.

    It would be used if there was time. There won't be. Eminent domain, if disputed, can take years. Trump has months, if he's lucky.
