He's editing the rough draft of his concession speech for 2020, adding reasons why he's not a piece of shet for this shutdown.  Of course it doesn't bother him, he still gets paid, as well as the POS congress!  The MOOCHER PARASITES ALL NEED TO GO!  We still have another 2 years of this SHET!!!  What a disaster!
