What is there about Iggy Pop to like? I mean like really?

Amazing, this man that struts like a rooster,  sings like a hoarse frog,  looks like a naked prune,  and is onstage in front of an adoring audience,  with a full stadium.  I had no idea such a creature existed,  call me sheltered!!  They call it punk rock,  it looks to me more like something that crawled out of the nest after 50+ years of hibernation!!

    Why Iggy Pop?  He is a jaded, faded old man whom no one but you, cares about.  

    He was a product of the 70's. I saw him live.  He had a certain hypnotic quality back in those days.

    BUT NO ONE FREAKING CARES ABOUT THIS SUBJECT ANY MORE.  

    He is a dinosaur.

    He is a product of Detroit as is Bob Seger, Rick James, Mitch Ryder, Ted Nugent, Don Henley, and tons of Motowners.

    I just happened to run upon him, before I made this post, he has aged a lot since the video some else shared. I was amazed at his saggy skin, and bad leg. But the place that he was performing in was packed out, still amazed.

    Hello Pearl, long time since we talked!! I had never heard of him before either, until I just blundered upon a concert that he was doing on PBS. He had no shirt on and his skin was very saggy, and he seemed to be cripple to boot, I was amazed.
