When going out to dinner with an other couple/ friends, do you?

A) Get one bill and split it equally. 

B) Ask the waiter for separate bills. 

C) The person or couple who initiated the dinner pays for everyone. 

D) People suck, so I am not eating with those idiots.

    The only way I can get anyone to go to dinner with me is if they know beforehand that I will pay the entire bill including the tip.

    Mostly  A) but its not exactly equally.  Mostly we estimate who ordered what and split the bill generally that way.  Sometimes when we invite we pay for them.
