    and I admit it -- I don't like thinking about where the crews are going, what they may have to do when they get there (bless their hearts for choosing such a career) -- and what the people to whom these crews are traveling are going through. Please, my best to everyone involved.

    Lightning. I've been outside when trees/power poles were struck way too close for comfort, sometimes I felt the static just before they hit. Some bolts seem to just come out of nowhere after the storm has passed. I guess they can travel a long way.
