It's a fun distraction. I've tried some other sites over the years...either activity dwindles away to nothing or the sites are so active that it's almost overwhelming trying to find something to respond to. Seems like a pretty good group here.
Or just eating until my pants are completely white. But that's not an option because I don't like those either. If I'm having a doughnut I want Krispy Kreme.
That's an impressive option:) I'd be off to the store but completely snowed in today:(

I am very sick of the cold and the snow. I think I may have Cabin Fever:( The only good thing is my neighbor from up the street came down to snow blow my huge porch, steps and sidewalk:) Saved me from a long cold job outside with a broom! Now I am feeling lazy with my soft furry magic blanket wrapped around me keeping me warm;)
That is one good neighbor you've got. This area has been lucky so far...haven't seen a single flake so far. It seems like whenever we do see anything late February and early March are most commonly the best chances. You enjoy that lazy day ;) At least you've got a valid excuse to get all cozy.
In the vague and somewhat futile hope of deeper connection. Although I have good friends, they are often busy and it's not always easy to arrange to share time together.
I learn odd things about culture and people in the USA - different to what one encounters in the news media and film - and I find that interesting because of the immensely powerful influences of America on other countries.
Sometimes someone says something profoundly witty or insightful.
Rarely, a really interesting discussion occurs here.
Like that experiment to see how long a pigeon will keep pecking a pedal to get a grain of feed, I keep pecking. I really do have a bird brain.
