Prodons are basically frightened folks. He hooks them with very frightening scenarios and then PROMISES what he can't deliver. Which is?

Protection from "the other". Safety. He is the only way to get there. His wall will ensure it and without a wall at all they live in fear. HE PROMISES and they believe him. If they were not so terrified they would be able to think clearly but when you are terrified the brain shuts down. That is why he keeps them terrified so he can think for them.

    Well, Americans also paid towards the wall that surrounds Israel, which in it's eventual completion is expected to reach 400 miles,  maybe he is taking a leaf out of their book.



    It will be one way to waste tax payers money and leave you in debt for generations to come.

    Reagan is the first Pres I can remember. (I was 6 when his term started) I know he issued an amnesty in exchange for securing the border. Secure border never happened. But it makes sense, it would have been an issue before if enough in the country to bother with the amnesty.
