    Nay.  I generally don't eat anything that drops on the floor.  If it's something that is going to be cooked I may wash it off and go ahead and cook it.

    Nay!

    The 5 second rule doesn't apply in my house.  I have 3 dogs so whatever falls on the floor will be eaten by them in under 5 seconds.
