It means kind of a bit out of shape. Not the gym type.

Thank you.  As long as they can cut it I can't complain.  At my age they constitute most of the interest I receive.  Extramarital at least.  My husband is in shape because he is active on the job and because I prepare healthy meals for him.  Would never go to a gym however.  Gym types I guess would be interested in the younger set.  I used to go a few years back for my jazzercise class.

I love the dad bod to be honest :) I can’t stand be with someone in better shape then myself lol. I like a bit of a belly :)
