It probably looked like while I was "trying" to dance along with a country line dance on UTube yesterday.

I'll bet there was NO person in that country line that was not a Trump-voter.  Country line dance being the operative word(s).  Dead giveaway.  YEEEE HAAAAAH!!!! This post was edited by WM BARR . =ABSOLUTE TRASH at April 27, 2019 11:18 AM MDT

Yes.  I had a dance partner for years and we danced in contests.  It was great fun.  We, of course, created new steps but never tried to change the flavor of the particular dance.  We mostly did the Jitterbug  which is easy to incorporate new moves.  I miss those days.  This was in the 80s when the Jitterbug was a thing of the past mostly, but the new Swing dances had emerged. I'm not a great dancer, but I have composed a couple of dance tunes for the accordion. What goes on at ceilidhs is often not in accordance with the script.  This post was edited by Malizz at April 27, 2019 11:46 AM MDT
