If I see my friend Jack on an airplane, is it okay to greet him by saying, "Hi, Jack!"

    I actually have a cousin named Jack.
    In the early 1980s ... I went to pick him up at an airport, once.  
    As he was coming down the causeway, looking for me, I waived and shouted "Hey, Jack, over here".

    Yeah.  Not a good idea, even back then.
    We were "escorted" to the baggage area by two security officers, so Jack could get his luggage ... "escorted" to my car ... and followed by a patrol car off the airport property.

    I've never heard that one before. hahahaha  There is no joking around at the airport or on the plane allowed.  They won't be amused.
