    We do a lot of exercises while at sea like like a supposed collision with another ship, enemy/nuclear attack, fire on board,  man overdoard -at anytime. 

    "For exercise .. for exercise FIRE IN THE ENGINE ROOM" at 0300 fer instance. 

    etc.
