I popped a ceiling tile out of its metal frame and now it's sticking upwards so how do I get it back in. Tacs. Duct tape? How?

    If it's a false ceiling ,mostly ceiling tiles just lay in the track and their own weight holds them in place ....
    post a picture so I can see it....there are so many different systems on the market now ,so it's very difficult to generalize about it...

    Pop it back in and then learn that commas are needed following "frame" and "upwards", and that those sharp things are called TACKS, although you may have paid a sales TAX when you purchased them.
