1 - The Pledge of Allegiance. I believe this is not binding as an oath, because we start taking it before we know what an oath/pledge is - and before we know what the pledge means.
2 - The Boy Scout oath. At least they went through and explained the oath before you officially took it. But it was so long ago, I doubt it has any binding on me today.
Good point on the oath factor! I have paid every payment of oath I said I would, too! Have Mercy, I've been broke a few times because of it but I HAVE paid, willingly.
I am such a blatently "good Merlin." One would think I would take advantage of my powers. I never do. I get your humor. I enjoy it!! I just didn't read it that way the first time around. :) :)
Those are the only oaths I have too. You just cannot lie to God so you'd (I mean me, alone) better be sure when you swear to God and pledge to do something.
In front of a judge. "I swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help me God." And I did. I took an oath to myself to live the best life I could. I took an oath to Don to make his life better. I took an oath to my sister to never touch her hair. ;) :)

I'm shaking my head and grinning at the same time. You should have seen what I did to Dons hair one drunken night... I would have divorced me the very next day. He still lets me touch it... just not cut it! ;)
I never knew. :D! Is that really a badge or did you create that? You know how gullable I can be. Real or not, if anyone deserved it, it would be you!! :) :)
