What food is a daily requirement for YOU in your diet?

I'm lacto-ovo vegetarian, with no allergies or intolerances. My husband the same.

I eat a wide variety of foods following Michael Moseley's 5-2 Diet.
Always fresh and either home-grown or grown locally - organic and free-range.
I use wholemeal flour for breads and pastries, never peel the skin off veggies or fruit and never add sugar.
Because Australia has no iodine in its soils, I use iodised salt, and favour seaweed and black tea.
It helps that I enjoy cooking - I regard it as an art and an expression of love.

    Thank you, Nice Jugs. :)

I think lots of people are catching on to healthy eating now -
and just how much it increases the enjoyment of life,
including the pleasures of sharing it with loved ones..

I really dread to think what eating GM food stuff will do to humans ove the next century or so....most likely if it effects our genetic makeup ,it could end up with horrendous health problems for every one on the planet....one farmer plants just one crop and that effects every farm around him growing the same crop...

    Sativa induced whatever.

    Could be a brownie.

    Could be a cookie.

    Could be a truffle.

    Could be a soda.

Must have SATIVA and must have enough to keep me sativa'd for the whole day.

  • If I don't eat at least one animal a meal I'm pretty upset.

    Daytime:
    coffee
    fruit
    peanut butter
    sometimes an egg

The evening meal is usually balanced with protein (beans, meat, eggs), starch, and green/yellow/red vegetables.

Nighttime will surely include ice cream or a fudge popsicle

The one thing you asked about would be the coffee and ice cream....never fail.

Does coffee count as food? I CANNOT face mornings without it.
